Dr. David R. Morrow is the Forum for Climate Engineering Assessment’s Director of Research, focusing on normative aspects of climate policy, especially on climate justice and the ethics of climate engineering. David has taught courses in moral and political philosophy, as well as courses in critical thinking, game theory, and economics.
